FFF or composite 3D printing utilises an extrusion process and highly durable, production-grade thermoplastic resins. FFF delivers parts with mechanical stability, high heat resistance, and in some instances, excellent flammability scores.
FFF is suitable for one off functional prototypes, hard-wearing tooling, and low volume functional parts. Parts are ready for use straight off the printer.

An entry-level fibre, 3D printed Fiberglass is 11 times more rigid than ABS and 26 times more rigid than nylon.
Carbon Fibre is the strongest of all MarkForged Resins, with a yield strength 20% greater than that of aluminium.
Kevlar® is a tough, chemical resistant, lightweight, combustion protection material. Its flexibility is greater than any other fibre, making it ideal for 3D printing.
HSHT Fiberglass material delivers on high impact resistance and high heat deflection temperature.
