This powder bed fusion process utilising thermoplastic polymers is suitable for prototyping and printing functional parts. SLS offers high levels of design freedom and high levels of accuracy, producing parts with good, consistent isotropic mechanical properties and excellent layer bonding. Printing is fully self-supporting, enabling complex geometries.

A white, heat and chemical resistant powder resin combining strength and durability to produce strong, end use prototype parts. Heat resistant to 134ºC. Can be coloured without losing integrity.

SLS parts have obvious layering and a grainy texture. Powder residue usually evident. Can be blasted and polished or vibrofinished.
