Stereolithography produces outstanding models with outstanding finishes in next to no time. Our state-of-the-art technology delivers on very tight tolerances and very low layer thickness, resulting in precise, high quality, finely detailed, complex shapes with exceptionally smooth surfaces.
This powder bed fusion process utilising thermoplastic polymers is suitable for prototyping and printing functional parts. SLS offers high levels of design freedom and high levels of accuracy, producing parts with good, consistent isotropic mechanical properties and excellent layer bonding. Printing is fully self-supporting, enabling complex geometries.
A true additive manufacturing process, Digital Light Synthesis™ technology prints 100 times faster than traditional 3D printing methods. Using a photochemical process to project light through an oxygen-permeable window into a reservoir of UV-curable resin, the resultant parts are layer free with consistent, isotropic and predictable mechanical properties.
Designed by HP, Multi Jet Fusion is a relatively new technology specifically designed for batch printing. Shortened cycle times driven by the height of the batch result in a cost-effective volume printing process. MJF process offers brilliant mechanical properties as well as high resolution surface finish – resulting in a practically layer-free part. Specifically engineered Nylon PA 11 is biocompatible and possesses excellent chemical resistance to oil, greases and alkalines.
FFF or composite 3D printing utilises an extrusion process and highly durable, production-grade thermoplastic resins. FFF delivers parts with mechanical stability, high heat resistance, and in some instances, excellent flammability scores. FFF is suitable for one off functional prototypes, hard-wearing tooling, and low volume functional parts. Parts are ready for use straight off the printer.
