Vacuum Casting

When your brief is for pre-launch testing, low volume manufacture of simple parts or concept models and prototypes, you want a reliable, cost-effective alternative to injection moulding.

Vacuum casting fits that bill. Tooling starts with a 3D printed master pattern, and the tool itself comprises silicone. Both of these phases are fast and economical. The resultant parts are high-quality, and their attributes are comparable to injection-moulded parts and can be formed with very tight tolerances. The process lends itself well to a variety of finishes, including colour options and texturing.

We want to help you to keep your prototyping costs down without compromising on quality. We have a dedicated vacuum casting facility with myriad machines and myriad rigid and flexible materials, including those with high temperature, V0 rated flame retardant, UV stability, glass-filled, and food-safe properties. It’s our mission to deliver on quick turnaround times, exceptional quality and outstanding levels of customer service. It’s our mission help you to get your products to market quickly.
